Hand-held VOC Engineering Test on RTO

GSE was contracted to do VOC testing on a plant located in virginia. 

GSE collected samples of the RTO inlet and outlet using Tedlar bags and analyzed the samples using a calibrated hand-held portable hydrocarbon analyzer. Three separate samples were collected and analyzed. GSE then calculated the average overall VOC destruction efficiency on a ppm to ppm basis. 

A low destruction efficiency was measured during this screening test and was found to be the result of low inlet VOC loading. The low outlet VOC concentrations measured indicated that the VOC destruction is operating as designed. No further testing was required.
